Makaya’s west African dance classes offer a high-energy immersion into the traditional and contemporary movement styles of the Republic of the Congo. A master artist-choreographer and drummer from Brazzaville, Makaya emphasizes a technical and athletic style that blends ancestral rhythms with modern Congolese forms.
Herve Makaya is an inspirational dancer, teacher and full of energy and lots of smiles. Since the age of 9 his has been cultivating his love of Congolese dance and drum. He has been initiated and ritually trained in Art of Congolese dance and music. As a performer his is captivating, passionate and energetic. As A choreographer of both Traditional and Contemporary Congolese dance. His talents have allowed him to perform in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Africa and USA. Makaya has earned numerous honors and accolades for his excellence and artistic mastery.

Boogiemeister’s mission is to bring people together via unity on the dance floor, utilizing the healing power & true magic of music & dance. His DJ styles range from Global Bass, House, Future Funk, Latin, Bass, Trap, Electro-Swing, Downtempo, Dub & mixes that defy rhythm & gravity, tempos & time. He is considered a pioneer of Global Bass music co-founding the collective Beats Without Borders, founder of Remix The Earth project that is taking him around the globe to record & share elements of Afro-Latin-Brazilian-Indian-Arabic fusions of post-modern whompiness that has become one of his signature styles. He has been involved in the music and dance scene for over 18 years and has played at countless Ecstatic Dances, legendary underground gatherings, and festivals such as Symbiosis, Shambhala & Burning Man & internationally DJ’ing in places such as Brazil, Colombia, Europe, Mexico, Guatemala & more.

As the moon reaches her fullness, we honor the cycles of release, renewal and letting go of what no longer serves us while giving thanks for the lessons and blessings that have shaped our path. Sacred Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more will be used to sweep you away in addition to individual attention with the instruments. Bathe in healing sound frequencies & lunar light and emerge feeling balanced, clear and deeply connected.
Please bring a mat/pad blanket pillow and eye mask. Mats and props are available for use at the studio.

Our keiki class at 9am introduces children to basic Hula movements, simple storytelling, and Hawaiian rhythms in a joyful and playful way. Kids absolutely love it — and parents enjoy seeing their little ones connect to island culture.
Whether you’re a dancer or a complete beginner, our Adult Hula Class at 9:30am offers a soulful experience. Participants learn foundational steps, graceful motions, and the cultural context behind the dance. It’s grounding, uplifting, and a beautiful way to explore Hawaiian tradition.”

Maui’s Liz Morales is a multi-talented performer, singer, songwriter, music producer, and educator. She is the founder of the band Ahumanu, which has garnered recognition as a Na Hoku Hanohano Award finalist and Grammy-nominated group since 2003. Ahumanu has captivated audiences globally, spreading Hawaiian music across various countries such as Tahiti, Rapa Nui, Japan, Korea, and now in Europe.
